Cosmetic Procedure Information
Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty) can improve breathing and change the size of your nose, shape of the tip or bridge, or narrow the nostrils. Breast Augmentation, is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast.
Ear Surgery, (Otoplasty), is usually done to set prominent ears back closer to the head or to reduce the size of large ears. Breast Lift, or Mastopexy, is a surgical procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts.
Eyelid Lift, (Blepharoplasty), is a procedure to remove fat and excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. Facelift can't stop the aging process, but it can "set back the clock", improving the most visible signs of aging.

Reconstructive Procedure Information

Breast Reconstruction, (DIEP Flap), state-of-the-art surgery designed for a breast that has been removed due to cancer or other disease. Dr. Granzow routinely performs this surgery and his extensive training and experience in this procedure allow him to achieve consistent and superior aesthetic results.

Lymphedema Surgery, surgical treatment for lymphedema of the upper and lower extremity. Dr. Granzow performs multiple types of surgical procedures to address this complex condition, including vascularized lymph node transfers and lymphaticovenous anastomoses. The different surgical options allow for a customized surgical treatment approach to this difficult problem.

Breast Reduction, is designed for women with very large, pendulous breasts who experience medical problems caused by the excessive weight.
Scar Revision can improve the appearance of a scar, making it less obvious through injections or surgical procedures. Skin Lesion and Skin Cancer Removal is a common and simple surgical procedure that can remove most lesions with minimal scarring.
