Jay W. Granzow, M.D., M.P.H., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Jay Granzow is a Board Certified plastic surgeon who has the distinction of being certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck surgery. He is a skilled microsurgeon and specializes in Breast Cancer Reconstruction with an emphasis on DIEP Flaps and Lymphedema surgery. He performs all of the latest aesthetic surgery procedures including Rhinoplasty, Breast Augmentation, Tummy Tuck, Liposuction, as well as Facelift, Browlift and Blepharoplasty surgery.
Currently, Dr. Granzow is Assistant Chief of Plastic Surgery at Harbor UCLA Medical Center. He also serves as Professor of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, where he was the youngest person ever to join the division as a member of the full-time faculty in 2005.

Education
Dr. Granzow completed his B.S.E. in chemical engineering with honors at Princeton University, and received his M.D. from Tulane Medical School where he graduated in the top ten percent of his class. He also holds a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree from Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
Following Dr. Granzow’s residency training in head and neck surgery at the University of Southern California, he completed a plastic surgery residency at the University of Miami in Florida. He has completed fellowships both in microsurgery and perforator flap breast reconstruction and in advanced aesthetic surgery.
